I wish to buy 30000 wine bottles of height about 30cm and of various color e.g brown, green etc. where can I get them? is there any website selling them?

I don't believe you. I think you just drank 30000 ml of alcahol.
First, you'd have to have a license to produce the liqour that is going into them. Next, you'd have to have a relationship with a supplier of glass to your liquor company. Lastly, you'd also have to have enough business sense to realize that Yahoo Answers is not the place to start your liquor company.
